AI generation will be, and will forever be, a hilarious shit post.
It's like outsider music or films that are so horrible they circle around to being unironically good and utterly unique, outsider music is a unique listen, to hear what true genuine "uniqueness" is from a creator who whole heartedly meant and thought of it as "excellent quality" is oddly creatively refreshing.
With AI generation its genuinely hilarious because the people that staunchly defend it don't understand the minimal amount of irony going on, and the fact it flies so often over their head is so comical you'd think it's an act and you can't help but to laugh. As damaging as it is, a part of me is glad that we get to very easily clown on these people and have an absolutely morally free punching bag available to us, really distracts from the other horrid shit going on in the industry and freelancer space.
