I can make one prediction....
Robotics and AI will soon paint original paintings, in the style of any past great painter, just as AIs today can create poems and stories in the style of any writer.
Which is quite interesting considering if one goes to Sotheby's auctions, and sees the prices paid for some extraordinary obscure modern paintings, some just a few strokes of a big brush on a blank canvas. (£100000 and upwards).
Why I wonder do people pay rediculous sums for those paintings?
The answer of course is perception....That perception that they are investing in something that will increase in value...i.e. gambling and greed.
Best of luck with that, but for sure AI and robotics will have an impact on the art world...
