Just incase more people still try to defend this "tool" after watching this video Photography is an artform just as much as drawn/painted art. How? you need the perfect angle, you need the perfect timing to make a wonderful image filled with life. the same as digital art, yeah you can undo and color quicker but you need to understand color theory, and all artist have a little bit of human touch. people put their hearts and feelings into their art. AI images are pretty, but what feelings did the prompter put into it? where's the effort? the satisfaction you get from finishing a piece.. none cause all you did was write directions, give it to the machine, let the machine have fun and doodle, then get images that don't really have any sentimental value. Basically you commissioned a machine to do something you could've done yourself and you would've had fun with! thats atleast how I see art, art is filled with feelings, thats why it's very powerful, why books get banned, why paintings get burned the feelings you have while you make your art is why it's art. if you let a machine do it... is it really art? Also, before you talk about memes. you know what feelings were made during those? Joy :] Also...before you say "I cant do everything I want myself" You can learn how to do it if the reason is you dont know how. give yourself a chance to learn. I struggle with memory problems I don't learn and keep lessons easily, but if i do it enough times, it will be second nature. so thats why if I learn a craft I try to keep going. If the issue is time, try joining an art server. if it aint toxic you wont get bullied, In fact most artists love seeing new artists. working with other artists can help you, thats why studios have so many artists. Also if you don't have the funds, I will happily try to help you for free and a lot of artists would happily do so too.
