Good to know is that poisoning does not need to work forever to still be effective.
If the ai tools implement measures to not be affected by poisoning, that is in itself amazing, cause it means you have a case against them in breach of Anti-Circumvention laws.
Basically there are laws (at least in the US, but probably other countries) prohibiting research and attempts to break through technological barriers for purposes of copyright.
