As someone who does portrait paintings (and these are very small, nit-picky details, but they give it away as being AI): the shadows and highlights on the stands of hair to the left are inconsistent, the shading on her eyeballs is off and there arent any bloodveins, the nostril on the right has two sections of shadow that don't line up, and then the biggest giveaway for me is her teeth. They're both even in size, as if she were looking straight at you, and they don't line up with the center line of the rest of her face. Small small details, but there if you look closely.
