I find it hypocritical that the Western and Pro Western people here expresses their horror with the Chinese tracking system while pretending or not acknowledging that the same has already been done in their own country. Everyone here knows that Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and etc tracks your every move and behaviors, so what is new?. Remember PRISM? Edward Snowden? US spying on its allies? spying on Angela Merkel phone call? Come on you people remember all that? Suddenly China is the evil one and you people are the angels. Are you 100% sure that your government, tech companies and others do not know who you are? your behaviors on the internet? where you are? You are not tracked by algorithms? your financial ratings? Your parking tickets? your criminal records if any? there are no CCTVs in your country?
