The risk of autonomous weapons that can decide whom to kill is real. The problem is that they seem to work well, and also that the other guy will make them first so I must make them no matter the consequences. A potentially worse problem is the unregulated use of neural implants in humans. If an AI controller of the implant has understanding of human motivation, they can force the implanted person to do anything. They could be warriors, sex slaves, surrogate mothers or worse. We need to consider these possibilities and take appropriate action.
