The usage of such specialized AI should be restricted based on the experience, skills, and such to make it so only the really skilled and experienced doctor can use it. If it’s available unrestricted or less restricted, than what happened if a newborn doctor use it without acknowledging what results would happen when they asked the AI companion for a second, third opinion
