There is a case in US where the parents of a 16yr old who took his life is suing ChatGPT because the AI gave the teen ways to take his life and guided him on how to go about it instead of guiding him to ask an adult/parent for help about his depression. The problem is that the AI is not sensitive/emotional to questions being asked. Another thing is if AI could pick up and block cyberbullying and catfishing this society would be a better place.
