make AI safe? I agree, however, just like if the US slowed down AI and China wouldn't, making It safe in US we know China, and most other countries if not all, won't.
Every country has it's own AI trained with that country's biases and trying to put a harness on something you don't have control over is practically impossible and if you were lucky enoigh to do so, you would always have someone who would try to subvert these safety protocols.
