Companies will go bankrupt...that AI just accepted a return for a defective product without making the customer go through 15 steps of additional pointless troubleshooting.
Recently I experienced what I believe to be an AI charity phone scam. Whenever I responded there was a two second delay before the script continued. Weird. Think I'll ask the next one what the number red is and see what it comes up with?
