This is all stuff that we can filter ourselves if we practice a bit of critical thinking. Such as instead of verifying everything with AI, let's try to find out corporal proof for a solution to a problem at hand. If a problem doesn't have an immediate solution, try to debate about it with a loved one. Someone who can provide critical thinking and constructive criticism to your thoughts. Help you structure them better. It's not easy. But it's doable.
