There is a difference between racism and pattern recognition. For example, those "biased data sets" were very real, tested, and surveyed, and most likely contained very logical data. Based on data from the past decade, black people in the US (13% of the population) are added up to be responsible for 50% of the murder in the US. This only solves one of your statements, but the fact that you say the data sets were biased is logically flawed. If the AI was pulling from the internet, it would have likely found statistics from all countries, based on many different tested surveys. The AI's logic would be to average the results. They can't technically be all that different. It is fundamentally impossible.
