I must say that I see a lack of discussion on how AI art may be used. AI art is great to sketch ouf ideas, concepts while you work on something else. AI art can be used to add detail to boring tapestries and other backgrounds. Ai art can be guided, cut, repurposed into your own art. Creating collages is already a thing, why disregard it? See how you can make AI part of your creative process? It is the user who makes the difference. Whether you have a vision or whether you are just happy with the AI art. Some may say AI art takes away from the creative process, but I say it opens a new avenue. You can fine-tune your output, edit the output, or use it as a base layer for an entirely different painting. So what if AI can spit out certain forms, motifs, ect., it is your job as an artist to reach over that, to use the magic box to its fullest potential. AI cannot "replace" the artist, because the one using the AI can be an artist too. Maybe if they only use AI they are a poor artist, but that doesn't mean all AI usage is poor art. Come on, go and squeeze that damn Lemon. It may be bitter that an robot can do certain things, you've trained years for, but now its your chance to focus even more on your vision. The AI replaces all the assistants you can't afford, all the hours you would work at night, and you still have the final say.
