Disabled artist here. If you are a person who say ai art is the only way for some disabled people to make art, I would say how much I dislike you but that would break youtube's terms of service :3. You're not standing with people of disabilities, you're being ableist and ignorant of the countless people with disabilities that are amazing artists, people who are getting hurt by ai "art".
