In the US we have the problem of a whole political party (The Republican Party) not wanting to have any regulations on corporations. This is delaying everything in regulating anything. The only thing Republicans know to regulate is women and women’s body. Corporations feed the Republican Party, and women are their machines. It all backwards with them.
As to competition with China, let China develop artificially, and let us develop biologically. They have a dictatorship, we don’t. Give all AI only for the military for purposes of real defense from the enemies. We will have healthy citizens and they won’t.
