I think your robot drones could benefit from a bit of highlighting, or alternatively some harder shading drawing them into a murky mass. Of course a combination of the two would also work, but I was thinking if the intention behind the choice not to add highlights was to draw a contrats between the lifeless matte drones and the colorful artist, then harsher shadows could allow for more depth witjout compromising that vision.
Of course this is merely my opinion and I am in no way attempting to tell you how to do your art. It certainly doesn't need it to look amazing, as it already does.
