My take on it is this. Teachers should still do most of the teaching. But the tedious admin tasks that teachers have should be delegated to AI. And the stupid paperwork like goal setting and reflection should be scrapped. Any teacher worth their salt knows how to iterate and improve lessons based on past experiences.
