Imma just put my two cents in as an artist myself, my art style is a composite of all of the artists that have inspired me. Every piece that I draw is completely my own, yes, but that doesn't change the fact that my style incorporates things I like from other artists. Furthermore I believe a good show of skill as an artist is being able to convincingly mimic the art styles of other people. So AI art isn't stealing, it is a completely new artwork based on the style of preexisting artists much like the artwork that I draw, paint, and sculpt.
