AI can be used for good to meet a student where they are. Properly used it can be use to help a student understand a hard concept or explain the steps to solve a problem. Granted it can and will be used to cheat but that is where teachers are likely going to have to rely on more in class and offline discussion. From my experience I’ve seen how technology can rapidly accelerate learning and I’m hopeful that it’ll continue to accelerate the learning of properly motivated students.
