AI won't end anything. About a decade ago, experts swore that retail banking jobs would disappear due to banking apps that ended physical bank lines. The result, however, has been that banks have never hired more people, and transactions and customer convenience have never been better than after the virtualization of services.
Nothing will truly end; jobs are created in one area and lost in another, but AI itself won't extinguish anything.
