While I would be ok with using AI to give inspiration or to give references especially for a certain pose if your having a really hard time figuring it out (Of course like any other references, you use a lot of different references to make it, not just one), the fact that AI has stolen art and people don't use it for that and just put off the stuff as just the end product is what makes me mad at AI. I feel like there was a balance that could of been made with AI where it could of been a tool and be used well, but the way it is now, its just a area for stolen stuff. I am fine with you poisoning the AI this way and hope that we can some day have things in place to stop the stealing of others artwork.
