6:07 Is this guy out of with the example he just gave. That is exactly one of the best examples of what has already started happening now. Most large companies has started fully or partially replaced human chat customer service representatives with AI chat boxes 😂. Contact companies like Xfinity/Comcast or Verizon customer support, and you are almost always met with a chat box, at least at first. This is also happening with small companies. That’s why there are new AI agencies selling AI integration services to small businesses to help them integrate AI to take over their customer service calls. It may not be happening as overwhelming as many think, but it is happening.
