Use of AI gives advantage to seniors who know what they want to achieve while juniors are never exposed to the serious problems becoming juniors for life. For generations Juniors were doing the job that Seniors told them to do thus getting experience. Now Juniors are replaced with AI which takes away Junior's opportunity to skill up. This will generate smaller intake for developers in general which in turn will create a vacuum in the future. Seniors will still be needed to oversee/train AI.
