there are few articles why they switched to camera from lidar, and none of them prove that it'll work, but it's cheaper so lets take it. Of course it's possible to measure with camera picture only, but there should be many cameras and thing will become in the end more expensive than lidar. AI with single eye cant measure distance, and this is unresolvable problem.
