Robots are cheaper than manpower, yes... but I work in a facility with literally dozens of them. We have a new multimillion dollar robot and it doesn't make it 8 hours without an error. Our other robots are literally running well on one product for a long time they seem to get retarded and forget how to do anything else and have to be reprogrammed. It's really funny when we have a power bump and lose air pressure, they just start dropping things and running into shit. 🤣
