I think that we need to be more aware that AI bros are just lazy and gullible people chasing whatever get rich quick scheme is trending at the moment. They trick themselves into thinking they’re smart because they think nobody else has thought about how cool it would be to not have to work for a living. I would say it’s shameful, but they seem to lack the self awareness required to understand that other people can see them and understand what they’re doing.
