We won't be able to identify the difference between AI and human online in a year or two.
It is only a matter of time till these big AI companies that make the AI and identify the real and fake are put under the control of the government ( or rather the puppet masters of the government) who'll use AI as a source of propaganda. They used the newspaper press. The use google and social media. Why not use AI for it?
