I'm an artist who always had an excess of ideas and a lack of time. I'd write scripts, storyboard, compose music and it would all go into a bottomless vault - into briefcases full of ideas I thought I'd go back to, until half of my working life passed and I realized I'd never have time for anything. Just work and die. That was in the cards until AI came around. And suddenly it was like I grew an extra pair of hands. I no longer needed a crew to film or a band to record audio. I could do every production step on my own. And I've worked on major films and TV shows. I've sculpted, painted, hand-animated. I can do 2D, 3D, code, pipeline, infrastructure - anything. Time was always the constraint. The fact that I was just one person with a limited budget. AI has allowed me to do more of my work in less time. All I do now I pull files out of storage and turn them into reality. Storyboards are now as good as actual films, because you can process them into anything. To shoot for real? I'd never have the money, but in virtual space - my mind is the only constraint. AI slop? There's plenty of it around and I don't give a damn. If others don't know how to use AI to make things better - that's their problem.
