AI has no "bias". It has information, and it sorts that information.
The complexity is so great, that we won't even know HOW this information is sorted. It is like an algorithm that is so complex, that even with 100 years time, we can't understand how it works.
Not even EXPERTS can understand how it works.
AI is coming whether we like it or not. The "fairest" form of AI cannot come from legal means.
America is not the only country on earth. Other countries will make superior AI, and there will be no stopping it, because it is too powerful.
