Where's China? Why wasn't China mentioned in the first one or two countries he listed? Most reports say that are way ahead of any other country in AI with much of it focused for use in killer bots. Do you really think China would honor such a treaty? Good luck on that one. I think the use and development of killer robots is unconscionable. I just do not see the US or China honoring it even if they did ratify it.
