Its called a "honey trap" he's essentially using satire to and sarcasm to get all the people who are being bombarded by fearmongering tactics of clickbait youtubers and ill informed mass population to educated people on the reality of what A.I technology actually is going to do in the next couple of decades. So in other words his statement does not contradict itself.
