Selling of digital art is one of those things that is tricky right?
Cause with single painting or wall art its 1 piece with a price and nobody can have 2 of the exact pieces making it have a large value (if its wanted).
With printed paper there is cost for copying the paper and printing more of those copies, in that same cost of printing the artists cut of profit can be imbeded to that process.
With digital art its really hard to give a price to one's painted piece of art, because ones its out there sold even ones, the copying process can be done on private machine across the globe.
This copyright law is more of the one that is out of the bag than the AI technology, music has been also copied and pirated and same with art even when illegal the problems of free copying everywhere exist.
Its correct for Artists to be pissed, but its really difficult to police this giant interconnected web of computers.
