What it is is an Actroid, an advanced mechanical animatronic doll. That pretty much it, Becouse it can't do anything other than just standing still looking like a human while showing diffrent complex face expression and nothing more.
Like advanced toys, Completely useless
But believe me, we will see real self-programmed multitasking robots doing everything human can do pretty soon, and we will eventually see real androids being able to do everything humans can do as well.
