I still feel like the Ai taking over jobs thing might not be what we'll assume because as you know, lots of people (who are used to modern technology which is like 60% of the population) are aware how ai can mess up with some things. And even if they do get more advanced, there's still gonna be people/clients/customers/etc. who would very much prefer interacting with a real human and that would make jobs more high in demand
