Oh, heres an Alternative, Humans break away from the current heirachy, create a new country within the borders, use paper/gold currency, serve humans only, no corporations, no mega businesses, only 1 owner per shop/business, and when they retire, the shop shuts and a new one has to start in its place.
The farmers will sell to this 'country' because AI doesn't need food. farmers markets will supply the food, all the human labourers will do the work, and we'll have to unplug from the 'grid' for a bit, and plug into a new one.. circa 1950 for maybe 2-3 years.
