Just did some Googling; turns out most of this isn't true at all. There's no such thing as hospital AI, it'd be highly illegal to implement such a thing. Also, after the Robert McDaniel incident, the AI was never used again, and no police department since has since made another attempt.
The first thing is only a LITTLE true. The AI was created by YouTuber Yannic Kilcher, not a university. It was a simple chatbot AI, and all its data was taken exclusively from the 4Chan group /pol/, which is notorious for being the most disgustingly hateful space on the internet. It was made for fun, never given to the public, and promptly deleted.
TLDR
This is all made up, and this guy is a scumbag trying to scare people. Always look things up when people make wild claims without sources.
