I think that point that " AI art makes a work based on all other warks it saw" is the same as artist drawing things based on things he saw. You are showning images of a girl which you draw and its a girl in Squid game outfit. So you based this image on squid game which is not your creation. You saw girls, you saw squid game, you saw millions o other images, light variations, visual styles and you made it your own way, and its a mix of your experiances. AI does the same but less intensional, basially randomly. So argument on having it to see other works is a violation is questionable, as we all do this with our brains. We see stuff, compile it ang generate our own "creative things'. But most of this art we create is just same as AI does but more time consuming as its manual labor
