If industries want to replace artists using AI art in my opinion, let them. Yes it will suck in the short term but, think of the big picture. With no loyalty to corporations and more time to ourselves, artists can finally create what they truely want to create instead of slaving hours away for big companies that ultimately see them as more of a tool than a person. I feel like AI art is scary because people are existentially afraid of losing value in themselves, but remember. One's value isn't defined by where you work, or how much you work. The human experience should be about living in the moment and creating what one wants because they want to. And I think that's the big picture goal AI art is slowly pushing us towards.
