that's good and all, but it changes very little. All it means is that its more difficult to profit from AI art as art itself because anything that becomes popular will be copied. But AI art isn't profitable because it is copyright protected, but rather because its quick and disposable. Disposable "art slop" is nothing new, but prior to AI it also provided income to actual artists. Now it doesn't.
