those companies will pivot, make you pay for the software instead and keep training it and release the models for free with work they can use.... and the AI Art community will make the models for each famous artist on there own... and release them for free if you make that model and release it for free its the same as taking music and remixing it and releasing it for free. you cant stop people from doing that just like the music industry tried to stop mixtapes when rappers and singers were using beats and making there own music on top of it.
sam said that the guy that made a model and released it for free might be able to get in trouble legally and that is a dumb thing to say... its not illegal in anyway even if you want it to its no different then remixing a song and releasing it for free... as long as its free they gain nothing and can do it.
