It’s not the AI. It’s about influencing human nature. People are imperfect. Psychopathy is part of human nature, as is irrational fears, and general human stupidity. DNA cannot change humanity, regardless of how we try to understand it from the outside. DNA evolved after millions of years of trial and error conditioning, similar to AI, which is trying to do it instantly, like fast and processed food. There’s no “convenient” way to change humanity without creating problems. There are the laws of physics, that cannot be changed. We have not yet reconciled the brain verses the mind. Humanity has not advanced enough yet, and instant forcing it to do so is, IMO, dangerous.
