It is directly using data from anything they scrape in order to create a commercial product and profit off of it. That is exactly the one thing that copyright law was designed to prevent. Generative AI *CAN* exist in an ethical manner, But as it currently stands, It does not, And every single one of them needs to be shut down and start from scratch.
