genAI gen replace only bulllshit jobs. Large scale job replacement due to ordinary, dumb, procedural automation has been happening for decades. But I have news from companies - most of you are NOT ORGANIZED WELL ENOUGH to implement automation. You need human automotons. 3:10 - marketing aside, that is actually smart move at certain point, that most of money goes back to the company.
