I used ai to give me autosuggestion ideas. It worked. Im improving everyday. When you tell ai to solve all your problems through therapy or information in general, it doesnt usually work, and what ends up happening is openai uses the information to sell off to other people. But if you try to get ai to get you to be more independent, autonomous or having more choices it works. Eventually.
