All this using automation n AI. They are aiming that the people should be 1/3 of today's numbers n the factories to run for 22-hours a day from 16-hours a day. So thats why the stage 2 now. Many will say that they'll boycott such companies but you dont even know the daily stuff you are using in your life, that are produced using advanced technologies that also replace human jobs.
