Last week I phoned um the mail delivery service to find out where my new mobile was that I had ordered 2 weeks earlier. I was introduced to an AI that asked me all kinds of questions about my ID. Everything when alright until it came to where I lived. I tried 5 times to give my address, but the AI failed to understand me. Very frustrating when you've taken 5 minutes already to get so far. Luckily my call was automatically forwarded to a human being where I could start from the beginning again.
