Cops in other first world countries are trained for years before being put on the streets. In America, some are trained only for weeks. We need our cops to be trained longer and better, and be held to a higher standard! I think facial recognition should be used, but the results should always be verified by a human expert (or more than one) before being turned into any kind of police action.
