AI does not have access to everything humans have ever written, it has access to everything the modernised human socio-economic system, whether that be capitalist or communist et c, has ever written, scanned and / or uploaded onto the internet. There are many books and / or works, some in English, many in any other language, which have not been scanned, who's authors have either long passed away or the texts of which are so niche, so obscure, so hidden in their own microcosms, invisible to the wider world, but no less important and practiced by old people or by their students, that they are all but unknown to AI. So AI doesn't know everything humans have ever written, it cannot know everything and there is no substitute for human transmission, travel and direct experience.
