The IDF doesn't protect civilians! They kill everyone who comes in their sights, as was clearly demonstrated in December 2023 when they mercilessly shot their own three (!) hostages (Yotam Haim, Alon Shamriz & Sammy Phalach), even though they shouted in Hebrew, "They are the hostages!"
